Holland Construction LLC is proud to announce that our very own, Boe Holland, has tested and passed the NASCLA B-100 National Contractors Exam.
This entitles Holland to now serve (14) additional states as a Trade Area in 2023. Since Boe Knows “How to Grow” Holland will not be serving all the areas that are included in the allowable Trade Area.
Immediately, Holland Construction LLC is open for business in a neighboring state of Arkansas. Now, we can say, Holland Serves Oklahoma, and every state that touches Oklahoma. Holland will be making application, with successfully passing the National – NASCLA B-100 testing, to obtain a state license in Arkansas.
Chief Executive Pre Construction Officer – Joe A Lansdown, has earmarked opening for business in North Carolina, as well as Georgia as of January 2, 2023.
As we develop footholds in these added trade area’s, Holland will consider a secondary expansion in other states that use the NASCLA B-100 National as a prerequisite for state licensing.
To ease the impact with our existing Trade Partner’s – Holland has no intention of seeking licensing in

HOLLAND GOES TO WHERE OUR TRADE PARTNERS WANT TO GO – Starting immediately Holland is open for business in our neighboring state – Arkansas. On January 2, 2023 Holland will start the process of opening for business, and aggressively seeking work in North Carolina, and Georgia.
Also starting in the new year, we’ll be offering our services in any of the (14) states covered by the NASCLA B-100 National Contractors license to our existing Trade Partners. Except – New York City, New York.
Joe Lansdown has also announced that as of now, he has created a Trade Partnership with Driven Brands, and their catalog of different auto support companies. This includes Take 5 Car Wash, Take 5 Oil Change, Meineke, Car Star, Maaco, Driven Brands Car Wash, and 1-800 RADIATOR to name a few. Holland just added a Take 5 Oil Change in Purcell, Oklahoma to the company bid calendar. Boe has listened to our Trade Partners. Boe has responded by expanding the Holland Territory. Since Boe knows how to grow, he will direct Hollands expansion into these new area’s. Not all at once, but slowly adding a wider service area to the benefit of our Trade Partners and making new Trade Partnerships in the New Service area (s).
