That is why next week, to start a new Trade Partnership between Salad and Go, and Holland Construction LLC, Boe Holland himself will serve as the Project Superintendent on the first Salad and Go – Holland – Mutually Beneficial Project in Addison, TX, and expected to open in the first week of January 2023. Boe will then train other highly qualified jobsite supervision personnel.

Simon CRE, Scottsdale, AZ has awarded Holland Construction LLC with a new wave prototype of Service Street, a unique automobile repair franchise in Thornton, Colorado. Additionally, Simon CRE is in negotiations with Holland for a “Package” of (3) additional Service Street projects, also in Colorado yet in the 4th quarter of 2022. Simon CRE has already announced, Holland will be the Simon CRE “Preferred Vendor” into 2023 in OK, TX, TN, as well as GA, as Service Street opens these sales territories.
